En este curso aprenderás sobre una herramienta que se utiliza en el proceso de formulación de proyectos: la Matriz de Marco Lógico (MML). Dicha metodología es la que comúnmente se utiliza como requisito para presentar proyectos en convocatorias de financiamiento implementadas por Organismos Multilaterales y por instituciones gubernamentales.

El curso propone una introducción a la metodología del Matriz de Marco Lógico como instrumento para ser utilizado en el proceso de formulación de proyectos de todo tipo.
Se abordarán los elementos que forman parte de la MML y su correlación con cada etapa del proceso de formulación de un proyecto: desde la definición del fin del mismo hasta las actividades que se planifican para cumplir con los objetivos que se proponen.
También se ahondará en cuestiones metodológicas relacionadas con cada elemento de la MML para lograr una correcta definición de los mismos por parte del equipo a cargo del proyecto, los destinatarios y beneficiarios como así también otros grupos de interesados, intentando abarcar todas las dimensiones que se deben tener en cuenta para lograr con éxito el propósito del proyecto.
A su vez, se explicará detalladamente cómo se construyen indicadores, los cuales son utilizados para medir el progreso logrado en cuanto a la consecución de los objetivos del proyecto.
Por último, se expondrá un caso real para integrar todo lo abordado con anterioridad.
