Historia de las reglas del fútbol en Inglaterra y en Argentina (Coursera)

El curso es accesible para todos los aficionados al fútbol ya sean del nivel de un principiante como el de un profesional dado que describe de una manera clara y sencilla cómo se originó el fútbol en Inglaterra en el Siglo XIV y el modo en que se fueron desarrollando las reglas de juego, que comprenden la forma en que los futbolistas lo practicaban (con los pies, con las manos, con o sin arcos, el tamaño de la pelota, del campo de juego, cantidad de jugadores por lado, etc.) y las reglas de competición, que ordenan cómo se organiza una federación nacional, el formato de los campeonatos, los requisitos que deben cumplir los clubes afiliados, la fiscalización de los resultados, etc.

Syllabus

WEEK 1
Origen del Fútbol en Inglaterra
¡Bienvenidos a este curso! En este primer módulo veremos los siguientes temas: los antecedentes documentados sobre la existencia del fútbol a partir del Siglo XIV; el fútbol a partir del Siglo XVIII; el fútbol en las “Public Schools” en el Siglo XIX; el fútbol en la Universidad en el Siglo XIX; conclusiones del período.

WEEK 2
Fundación de la Football Association. Reglas de juego y de competición unificadas. Legalización del profesionalismo
Estamos en la segunda semana del curso y veremos los siguientes temas: creación de una autoridad común; unificación de las reglas a través de la competición de la F.A. Cup (original rules of the F.A. Cup); la necesidad de una autoridad y regulación unitarias para las reglas de juego del fútbol y la constitución del Internacional Football Asocciation Board (IFAB)

WEEK 3
La tras traslación del modelo inglés a la Argentina. Similitudes y diferencias en la organización del fútbol
Bienvenidos a la tercer semana del curso. En esta semana veremos los siguientes temas: sustrato social y jurídico sobre el que nace el fútbol oficial; se funda la AFA inglesa y se organiza la competición; el fútbol argentino de principios del Siglo XX; última escisión, huelga de 1931 y definitiva legalización del profesionalismo; conclusiones sobre la evolución del período.

WEEK 4
Organización de los campeonatos en la Argentina
Estamos en la semana 4 del curso. En esta semana veremos los siguientes temas: un monopolio nacional que integra un monopolio internacional; la reforma del Estatuto de AFA de 1974-; otros sistemas de competición.

WEEK 5
La regulación de la actividad del futbolista en Argentina. La confluencia de los ordenamientos federativo y estatal
Llegamos a la última semana del curso. En esta semana veremos los siguientes temas: la reglamentación federativa; las normas estatales sobre contratación de deportistas; las transferencias de futbolistas; derechos económicos y federativos en los Tribunales de Justicia de Argentina; conclusiones sobre la evolución del período.
