Este curso fue diseñado por el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo con el apoyo de FONTUR, constituye un instrumento que permitirá fortalecer las habilidades de los Gestores Regionales del Turismo, sus socios naturales y estratégicos, aprehender herramientas de gestión de lo público desde la óptica del sector, potenciarlo a través de la relación y gestión en clave de desarrollo integral del entorno para fortalecer el enfoque productivo en entornos de paz.

What you'll learn
¿En esencia en este curso qué aprenderás?

  1. Estimular la apropiación de conceptos y herramientas esenciales de gestión de lo público para potenciar las competencias de cara al sector.
  2. Fortalecer la comprensión de los ciclos de las políticas públicas con enfoque regional.
  3. Cimentar los conceptos clave de cara a la apuesta del sector en el marco de la construcción de las paces territoriales.

¿Cómo lo haremos?
Abordaremos inicialmente la estructura general de Estado, luego las políticas públicas locales, para culminar, con las perspectivas para el sector en un entorno de globalización y paz territorial.

Módulo 0: Introductorio

Módulo 1: Estado Colombiano y Gestión Territorial
Identificar y comprender el papel de los elementos fundamentales en la estructura, organización y funciones de estado colombiano, así como de los elementos centrales en la gestión pública en los territorios.

Módulo 2: Las Políticas Públicas en el Marco de las Regiones
Introducir y profundizar el conocimiento de los conceptos básicos que constituyen el Ciclo de las Políticas Públicas regionales y territoriales, de diseño, implementación y evaluación; los modelos gestión pública territorial, el desarrollo regional y local, y las Alianzas Público y Privado.
2.1 Políticas públicas territoriales

Módulo 3: Sector Turismo y Paz
Analizar el comportamiento del turismo como fenómeno global y las perspectivas para su desarrollo en Colombia, en particular en los territorios más afectados por el conflicto armado; en un escenario de paz, cambio tecnológico y sostenibilidad a través de las iniciativas diseñadas por el Gobierno Nacional y su implementación en los niveles locales.
