Comprenderemos la importancia de su gestión y la aplicación de herramientas que nos permitan obtener los mejores resultados.

Vamos a recorrer el camino de los procesos que profesionalizan la gestión de proyectos, desde la conceptualización y entendimiento del proyecto hasta su cierre y una cosa nos debe haber quedado clara: siempre se presentarán situaciones en nuestros proyectos que nos obliguen a modificar nuestro plan inicial para responder a los ajustes que se demanden.
Nuestra sugerencia final es que poco a poco vayas incorporando nuevas herramientas, las pruebes y valides si es lo apropiado para ti, para tu equipo y para tus proyectos.
Los objetivos del curso 2 son los siguientes:
• Comprender las técnicas para la gestión efectiva de recursos.
• Identificar los riesgos en un proyecto.
• Conocer las herramientas para el control de un proyecto.

Syllabus

WEEK 1
Tema 1. La gestión de recursos
En este segundo curso, profundizaremos sobre los elementos que arrebatan la atención de todo administrador de proyectos: los recursos, las comunicaciones, los riesgos y los cambios. Comprenderemos la importancia de su gestión y la aplicación de herramientas que nos permitan obtener los mejores resultados. Te invitamos a continuar con el estudio de tan fascinante disciplina y a aplicar lo aprendido en tus propios proyectos.

WEEK 2
Tema 2. La gestión de los riesgos
Hasta ahora hemos podido apreciar las múltiples tareas que debe vigilar el responsable del proyecto para poder alcanzar el resultado esperado eficientemente; esto es, con el mejor aprovechamiento de los recursos.
Sin embargo, el desarrollo de un proyecto está sujeto a las circunstancias que se presenten durante su ejecución que pueden afectar o beneficiar el resultado; esto es lo que conocemos como “riesgos” en un proyecto. En este segundo tema, abordaremos cada uno de los pasos que debemos realizar para que los imprevistos no nos tomen por sorpresa.

WEEK 3
Tema 3. Herramientas de monitoreo y control
En este tercer tema, abordaremos algunas herramientas útiles para el administrador de proyectos que le permitan mantener una vigilancia sobre el avance en la ejecución del proyecto.

WEEK 4
Tema 4. Documentación de los cambios en el proyecto
En este último tema del curso, comprenderemos la relevancia de incorporar algunos procedimientos durante la ejecución de nuestro proyecto que permita administrar los cambios con efectividad para evitar conflictos, retrasos y costos innecesarios. Además, aprenderemos a obtener el mejor provecho de la experiencia que cada proyecto nos pueda ofrecer con una gestión apropiada del conocimiento.
