WEEK 1
Fundamentos de Liderança com o 10,000 Women da Goldman Sachs
Neste curso, você aprenderá sobre sua função como líder da empresa e dos funcionários. Você explorará seu próprio estilo de liderança, e os valores essenciais e suposições que influenciam sua forma de liderar. Você ouvirá de outras mulheres líderes de negócios e criará um Plano de Desenvolvimento de Liderança, identificando ações para ajudá-la a desenvolver suas habilidades de liderança. Por fim, você concluirá uma Auditoria Cultural, que incentivará você a considerar a cultura da sua empresa.
