You should have an underlying financial model already or at least in the works because we will ONLY talk about the gap between new subscribers and revenue in this course. To get a better introduction to building a complete financial model.
Create a User KPI dashboard for your own business projections. Even if you zero out assumptions to hide proprietary data, share your one page dashboard and please note one unique element you build or question you struggled with answering!
