Feedback Deserts
How do you know if you are in a Feedback Desert? How do you break out of a Feedback Rut? We'll answer both of these questions this week. We'll also learn a helpful feedback framework: "Keep/Cut"

WEEK 2
E-D-I-T
Wouldn't it be nice to have a helpful, systematic approach to giving people feedback? The "E-D-I-T" framework could be just that.

WEEK 3
Self-Assessments, Self-Delusion
Why are we often so bad at giving ourselves feedback? What can we do to address this problem? And what's the proper mix of "challenge" and "recovery" when designing everything work schedules to class schedules to expectations regarding email and downtime?

WEEK 4
Noise Pollution
Is "bias" the same thing as "noise"? Are there ways we can protect both from tainting our decision making?
