Effective Communication for Building Relationships (Coursera)

We will discuss self-presentation: how you can create the right impression and fit in at work. We will talk about intercultural communication: cultural values and cultural intelligence, working in an intercultural climate, and working in an intercultural team. Finally, we will speak about interaction with clients: creating a win-win relationship, maintaining a positive relationship, and resolving conflict. By the end of the course, you will be able to present yourself positively, communicate effectively in a variety of settings, and build positive relationships with clients.

You will watch 3 lectures about crucial aspects of self-presentation, fitting in at work, and establishing your credibility. The module also contains 1 introductory lecture. Intercultural communication
You will watch 3 lectures about cultural values and cultural intelligence, and working in an intercultural climate or intercultural team. You will complete 4 assessments to check your learning. WEEK 4
Interaction with clients
You will watch 3 lectures about creating a win-win relationship, maintaining a positive relationship, and resolving conflicts with clients. You will complete 5 assessments to check your learning.
