Discover the foundations of the EFQM model
The EFQM model was developed over 30 years ago by some of Europe’s most successful businesses. Since then, it has been used by thousands of organisations around the world to drive business improvement and manage change.
On this course you will begin to learn about the history of the EFQM model, and how and why it was developed. It can serve as a taster of a full EFQM qualification, if you want to first understand the fundamentals before going further.
