El contenido de este MOOC está basado en las mejores prácticas para el diseño de nuevos proyectos de desarrollo económico y social de acuerdo con el Marco de Efectividad para el Desarrollo del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID), lo cual te ayudará a mejorar la comunicación, efectividad y rendición de cuentas en tus proyectos. Además de videos, lecturas y ejercicios, podrás aplicar tus conocimientos a través de casos de estudio.
Además, este MOOC hace parte de la Especialización en diseño y gestión de proyectos de desarrollo, que recoge el conocimiento y experiencia del BID en sus más de 60 años trabajando por mejorar la calidad de vida en América Latina y el Caribe, así como de buenas prácticas internacionales para la gestión de proyectos. Esta especialización se compone de los siguientes cursos:

What You Will Learn:

  • Identificar los principales conceptos, procesos y fases de los proyectos de desarrollo con un enfoque por resultados.
  • Identificar la información clave para establecer los problemas, soluciones, relevancia, indicadores, diagnóstico y justificación del proyecto.
  • Reconocer herramientas de monitoreo y evaluación del proyecto para determinar la efectividad en el logro de sus objetivos.

Syllabus

WEEK 1
Módulo 1: Fases del ciclo de proyectos de desarrollo
Te damos la bienvenida al curso Diseño de Proyectos de Desarrollo. En este módulo te mostraremos los objetivos, estructura, evaluaciones y material de orientación del curso. Luego de esta introducción, aprenderemos sobre las fases del ciclo de proyectos que implica la gestión de proyectos que promueven el desarrollo económico y social. Se examinará una visión general de los elementos centrales y las principales actividades involucradas en las fases de "programación", "preparación" y "ejecución" y "cierre" de proyectos de desarrollo financiados por el BID.

WEEK 2
Módulo 2: Diseño y planificación de proyectos de desarrollo
Este módulo se centra en los elementos centrales del diseño y la planificación del proyecto de desarrollo. A saber, la definición del problema, la solución y el enfoque del proyecto, así como el diagnóstico y la justificación del proyecto, y el establecimiento de objetivos e indicadores S.M.A.R.T.

WEEK 3
Módulo 3: Gestión de proyectos por resultados
En este módulo se desarrolla la evaluabilidad del proyecto a través del POD, MDR y DEM y de qué manera el monitoreo y la evaluación colaboran para determinar en qué medida un proyecto alcanzó sus objetivos específicos al cierre del mismo.
