On this course, you’ll discover what decentralised finance is, how it differs from traditional finance, and how it can put you a step ahead for the future.
Explore blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies
The first blockchain was conceptualised in 2008, and since then cryptocurrencies have boomed in popularity. This course takes an in-depth look at Decentralised Finance (DeFi) platforms and protocols, cryptocurrencies. decentralised exchanges, cryptocurrency wallets and the range of applications in DeFi.
You’ll also learn about Ethereum wallets, applications that allow holders to interact with their Ethereum accounts.
Understand different applications of DeFi
From exchanges and derivatives to payments and insurance, you’ll find out how decentralising areas of finance could make for a faster and fairer world in the future.
You’ll also begin to understand how blockchain applies to these more specific areas.
