De la créativité à l'innovation (FUN)

On vous a dit que : pour innover il faut partir d’une grande idée ? C’est faux, un petit bricolage peut suffire et finalement amener à un grand projet. On vous a dit que : pour innover, il faut être créatif ; que seuls quelques individus sont créatifs ? C’est faux, l’intelligence collective existe et c’est même ce qui caractérise l’esprit humain. On vous a dit que pour innover vous deviez prendre des risques ? Pas du tout, c’est parfois en cherchant à minimiser les risques que l’on fait de belles innovations. Pour innover, il faut avoir un diplôme ? Au contraire, les innovateurs sont très divers, ils sont de toutes origines.

Alors comment mobiliser les autres pour développer votre idée ? Comment partir d’une idée et la développer ?

Ouvrez le kit de l’innovation, recomposez votre projet à partir des quelques outils que l’on vous propose, inspirez-vous des acteurs témoins que nous avons mobilisés pour vous.
En fait, raisonnez comme en bricolage, vous avez une idée et des outils… Alors lancez-vous !
Ne restez pas seuls, profitez de l’intelligence collective qui peut vous entourer.
Ne planifiez pas, cherchez, testez, revenez en arrière, recommencez !

PLAN DU COURS

Le Mooc dure 8 semaines en explorant quatre thématiques. Toutes les deux semaines, une nouvelle thématique sera ouverte. A l'issue de ce MOOC, les apprenants seront en mesure de :

  • de connaître les points clés permettant la conduite d'un projet innovant,
  • de mettre en oeuvre leur projet d'innovation,
  • de comprendre les leviers, les enjeux, les déterminants de leur projet,
  • d’identifier les liens entre innovation et organisation spatiale,
  • d’identifier les parties prenantes susceptibles de les accompagner dans le processus d’innovation.

BLOC 1 - Découvrir (et prototyper) : à partir du 13 février
Découvrir le design, comprendre les usages, développer sa créativité et prototyper dans un FabLab.

BLOC 2 - Modéliser : à partir du 20 février
Modéliser son Business Model et ses stratégies marketing innovantes.

BLOC 3 - Accompagner et financer : à partir du 27 février
Comment et par qui se faire accompagner et financer son projet.

BLOC 4 - Protéger : à partir du 3 mars
Protéger son idée, découvrir la veille stratégique et l'intelligence brevet.
