Te ayudaremos a desarrollar un pensamiento crítico en relación con el mundo digital y te daremos herramientas que permitan un uso eficaz de tu huella virtual.
Este curso está pensado para todas las personas, posean o no conocimientos jurídicos. En él adquirirán la habilidad de razonar legalmente y de detectar situaciones problemáticas. También desarrollarán la capacidad de dar un vuelco a su situación profesional. Las presentaciones de cada semana tratan temas diferentes pudiendo ser visionadas de forma independiente. No tienes por qué seguir el orden establecido. Elige de acuerdo con tus preferencias.

Syllabus

WEEK 1
Presentación
Este curso pretende acercar al estudiante a los problemas legales derivados de la interacción de las personas en internet, en concreto, en el mercado digital. Como va dirigido a juristas y no juristas, en cada semana, se exponen primero los conceptos más generales para después ir profundizando en aspectos concretos del tema propuesto. Todos los docentes somos profesores de Derecho de la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. Esperamos que tanto los temas propuestos como la forma de tratarlos, con rigor académico, te guste.
Internet de las cosas. protección de datos personales
En esta semana se pretende acercar al estudiante a los conceptos básicos que permitan entender qué es y cómo funciona el internet de las cosas, así como las cuestiones relacionadas con su regulación.

WEEK 2
Plataformas online y economía colaborativa
El objeto de esta semana es el régimen y los principales problemas de la llamada economía colaborativa. Vamos a ver qué son las plataformas colaborativas y las leyes que podrían serles aplicables, así como su responsabilidad, las relaciones con los prestadores de servicios y con los destinatarios de los mismos y las principales cuestiones tributarias.

WEEK 3
Contratación electrónica
Esta semana 3 tiene por objeto analizar los aspectos más relevantes de la prestación de los servicios de la sociedad de la información, atendiendo de forma especial a la regulación del comercio electrónico. Durante la semana se pondrá especial énfasis en analizar los requisitos legales exigidos en la formación y prueba del contrato electrónico.

WEEK 4
Pagos electrónicos y criptomonedas
Presentación del nuevo escenario en el mundo bancario con nuevos operadores en el mercado, importancia del pago mediante móvil y otros wearables, alusión a la normativa europea sobre la materia. Importancia de las criptomonedas.

WEEK 5
Tecnología blockchain y ethereal. Smart contracts
En esta semana se aborda el estudio de la denominada Tecnología de Registros Distribuidos y de Blockchain. Se analizará su concepto; tipología; características funcionamiento y su implementación práctica a través de numerosos ejemplos. Se estudiarán también los smart contracts y smart legal contracts que se desarrollan en el marco de la red blockchain Ethereum, y su impacto en el sector legal.

WEEK 6
Robótica y responsabilidad civil
En esta semana se pretende acercar al estudiante a los conceptos básicos que se manejan en la robótica desde la tecnología y desde el derecho.
