Aspects juridiques de la création d'entreprises innovantes (FUN)

Six semaines pour acquérir et maîtriser les connaissances juridiques de base relatives à la création d’entreprises innovantes.

Les objectifs pédagogiques se déclinent comme suit :
Il s’agit d’aborder au cours des 6 semaines que dure ce MOOC l’ensemble des problématiques juridiques auxquelles tout créateur d’entreprise se trouve confronté. Aussi, ce MOOC se propose de présenter les différentes structures juridiques d’entreprises que peut choisir un créateur, les règles élémentaires pour protéger les créations de l’esprit, l’état du droit concernant l’utilisation d’internet par et dans l’entreprise, le recrutement de ses premiers salariés par le chef d’entreprise, les divers modes de financements de l’entreprise au stade de sa création et, enfin, les principaux contrats d’affaires qu’est amené à conclure le créateur d’entreprise.

Format
L’enseignement se déroule sur 6 semaines. Chaque semaine, de 2 à 5 vidéos seront proposées et un quiz 10 questions la clôturera. Les semaines 2 et 3, un travail facultatif sera demandé : un pitch sous forme d’exercice interactif, sur les thématiques suivantes : « projet de statut de SASU » et « projet de contrat de charte internet dans l’entreprise ». Des vidéos présentant des témoignages de créateurs d’entreprise et d’experts de la création d’entreprise émaillent les semaines de formation. Un quiz final de 40 questions sera proposé en dernière semaine.
