Durante o curso, serão cobertas as principais segmentações de mercado, como segmentação geográfica, demográfica, psicográfica, comportamental e demais métodos de particionamento, análise exploratória dos grupos e os principais algoritmos utilizados para clusterização baseado em dados.
Ao final deste curso, você será capaz de Utilizar as metodologias de segmentação de mercado e técnicas estatísticas para extrair o máximo de valor de seus dados. Identificar potenciais grupos de clientes ou perfis mais indicados. Entender os conceitos sobre cluster hierárquico e K-Means.
Este curso é composto por quatro módulos, disponibilizados em semanas de aprendizagem. Cada módulo é composto por vídeos, leituras e testes de verificação de aprendizagem. Ao final de cada módulo, temos uma avaliação de verificação dos conhecimentos.

WEEK 1
Introdução à Segmentação de Mercado
A segmentação dos consumidores é uma etapa fundamental para as empresas que desejam entender o perfil de seus clientes e são necessárias técnicas de analytics eficientes para processamento das informações. O módulo cobre os principais tipos de segmentação do mercado e como gerar dados para sua organização.

WEEK 2
Análise Exploratória: Entendendo os Dados
A análise exploratória de dados (AED) é usada para analisar e investigar conjuntos de dados e resumir as características principais, empregando métodos de visualização de dados e estatística descritiva. A AED pode ajudar a determinar se as técnicas estatísticas que você está considerando utilizar em sua análise de dados são apropriadas.

WEEK 3
Construindo um Modelo de Segmentação
Após a coleta de dados é necessário entender como escolher e desenvolver o modelo ideal para o curso. O módulo aborda a utilização de algoritmos hierárquicos e demais modelos de particionamento.

WEEK 4
Análise dos Segmentos
Neste módulo serão apresentados os resultados dos grupos e serão definidas as melhores estratégias para cada um dos grupos e como utilizar as principais ferramentas de analytics integradas a tecnologias.
