Syllabus

WEEK 1
Análise da Indústria
Quase todos setores podem esperar experimentar uma grande disrupção do modelo de negócios à medida que as tecnologias como blockchain se instalam. Neste módulo, você explorará as aplicações atuais da blockchain em vários setores e escolherá um setor no qual focar seu projeto de final de curso. Você pesquisará exemplos de aplicativos ou casos de uso da tecnologia blockchain no setor escolhido e contribuirá para o nosso Blockchain Case Commons, que servirá como um recurso compartilhado e em constante evolução para todos os participantes do curso. Além disso, você realizará uma pesquisa de mercado preliminar para identificar um segmento de mercado específico dentro do setor escolhido, que mostra a promessa para as tecnologias blockchain.

WEEK 2
Identificação de Oportunidades
Ao identificar oportunidades para a tecnologia blockchain no mercado escolhido, é importante entender os tipos de problemas que ela pode, ou não, resolver - pelo menos em seu estado atual. Neste módulo, você aprenderá a distinguir entre problemas que são e não são adequados para soluções baseadas em blockchain. Depois de considerar várias oportunidades para a tecnologia blockchain em seu segmento de mercado escolhido, você aprenderá como usar uma matriz de decisão para selecionar a ideia mais promissora para seguir em seu projeto final. Até o final desta semana, você esclarecerá a finalidade e os objetivos do seu projeto, identificará os clientes/público-alvo e preparará uma declaração de necessidade, e outra de benefício, para sua proposta.

WEEK 3
Posicionamento
No último módulo, você identificou uma ideia ou oportunidade promissora para blockchain no segmento de mercado escolhido. Nesta semana, você trabalhará no posicionamento de sua ideia - criando um nicho, ou identidade, para seu produto/serviço na mente de seus clientes-alvo. Até o final desta semana, você explicará como sua ideia trará valor novo, ou agregado, aos seus clientes e como ela afetará o posicionamento da sua organização.

WEEK 4
Execução
Uma ideia pode parecer ótima no papel, no entanto, para executá-la, será necessário considerar cuidadosamente várias decisões de modelo de negócios, incluindo as relacionadas a financiamento, risco, talento, tempo, limites corporativos e parceiros/aliados. Neste módulo, você começará a pensar no que seria necessário para transformar sua oportunidade de ideia, em realidade.

WEEK 5
Entrega final
Até o momento, nesse curso, você realizou uma análise do setor, selecionou um segmento de mercado específico, avaliou sua concorrência e identificou uma oportunidade promissora para blockchain no mercado escolhido. Você também descreveu como posicionará sua ideia e considerou as decisões do modelo de negócio, que precisam ser tomadas para transformar sua ideia em realidade. Neste módulo final, você consolidará todo o trabalho que produziu, até agora, em um resultado final em projeto revisado por pares, que você poderá usar para apresentar sua ideia à sua organização, e/ou a potenciais investidores.
