Anda juga akan mempelajari cara mengelola dan mengonfigurasi server serta cara menggunakan perangkat TI untuk mengelola komputer, informasi pengguna, dan produktivitas pengguna. Terakhir, Anda akan mempelajari cara memulihkan infrastruktur organisasi TI Anda jika terjadi bencana.

WEEK 1
Apa itu Administrasi Sistem?
Selamat datang di materi Administrasi Sistem untuk Sertifikat IT Support Profesional! Pada materi di minggu pertama ini, kita akan membahas dasar-dasar administrasi sistem. Kita juga akan membahas kebijakan organisasi, layanan infrastruktur TI, penyediaan pengguna dan perangkat keras, pemeliharaan rutin, pemecahan masalah, serta mengelola potensi masalah. Pada akhir modul ini, Anda akan memahami peran dan tanggung jawab Administrator Sistem. Mari kita mulai.

WEEK 2
Layanan Jaringan dan Infrastruktur
Pada minggu kedua materi ini, kita akan belajar tentang layanan jaringan dan infrastruktur. Kita akan membahas apa itu layanan infrastruktur IT dan peran mereka dalam sistem administrasi. Kita juga akan mempelajari tentang sistem operasi server, virtualisasi, layanan jaringan, DNS untuk layanan web, dan cara memecahkan masalah layanan jaringan. Pada akhir modul ini, Anda akan mengetahui layanan infrastruktur IT yang paling umum Anda temui saat menangani tugas sistem administrasi.

WEEK 3
Layanan Perangkat Lunak dan Platform
Di minggu ketiga materi ini, kita akan mempelajari layanan perangkat lunak dan platform. Kita akan membahas jenis layanan perangkat lunak dan platform yang mungkin Anda temui dalam peran teknisi dan cara mengelolanya. Kita akan mempelajari cara mengkonfigurasi layanan email, layanan keamanan, layanan file, layanan cetak, dan layanan platform. Kita akan mencari cara untuk memecahkan masalah layanan platform dan masalah umum yang harus diwaspadai. Di akhir modul ini, Anda akan memahami cara menyiapkan dan mengelola layanan infrastruktur IT untuk membantu bisnis tetap produktif, menjaga keamanan informasi, dan menghantarkan aplikasi kepada penggunanya.

WEEK 4
Layanan Direktori
Pada materi di minggu keempat ini, kita akan mempelajari layanan direktori. Secara khusus, kita akan membahas cara kerja dua layanan direktori paling populer, yaitu Active Directory dan OpenLDAP. Kita akan membahas konsep manajemen terpusat dan bagaimana hal ini dapat membantu admin sistem memelihara dan mendukung semua bagian infrastruktur TI yang berbeda-beda. Di akhir modul ini, Anda akan mengetahui cara menambahkan pengguna, kata sandi, dan menggunakan kebijakan grup di Active Directory dan OpenLDAP.

WEEK 5
Pemulihan & Pencadangan Data
Pada minggu kelima materi ini, kita akan belajar tentang pemulihan dan pencadangan data. Dalam peran teknologi apa pun, penting halnya untuk mengetahui cara mencadangkan dan memulihkan data - apalagi bagi administrasi sistem. Kita juga akan mempelajari praktik perusahaan yang umum seperti merancang rencana pemulihan bencana dan menulis dokumentasi post-mortem. Pada akhir modul ini, Anda akan mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan antara pencadangan di lokasi sendiri dan di lokasi lain, memahami manfaat dan pentingnya pengujian cadangan dan pemulihan, serta mengetahui berbagai opsi untuk pencadangan data (serta risikonya) dan memahami tujuan dan isi rencana pemulihan bencana.

WEEK 6
Proyek Akhir.
Selamat, Anda telah tiba di minggu terakhir materi ini. Minggu terakhir materi ini difokuskan pada proyek akhir. Untuk proyek akhir, Anda akan menerapkan semua keterampilan yang telah Anda pelajari selama ini dengan menyediakan konsultasi dalam administrasi sistem. Anda akan menilai infrastruktur IT dari tiga perusahaan fiktif (berdasarkan kasus riil) dan memberi rekomendasi serta saran untuk mendukung infrastruktur IT mereka. Di proyek ini, Anda akan menunjukkan keterampilan dan teknik pemecahan masalah sebagai seorang Admin Sistem. Semoga berhasil.
