Syllabus

WEEK 1
Introduction au MOOC
Ce module vous présente dans un premier temps les objectifs, le processus, et les concepteurs et réalisateurs de ce MOOC. Après avoir présenté les fondements théoriques sur lesquels ce MOOC repose, nous vous invitons ensuite à une réflexion sur votre rôle de superviseur, et vous accompagnons dans la formulation d'objectifs personnels d'apprentissage

WEEK 2
Suivre le processus de raisonnement clinique
Ce module est une présentation sommaire du modèle du Processus de Raisonnement Clinique utilisé comme cadre théorique dans ce MOOC. Vous y verrez aussi comment le superviseur utilise ce cadre, pour structurer l'observation qu'il fait du stagiaire.

WEEK 3
La supervision clinique: stratégies principales
Ce module vous permettra de mieux connaître les stratégies générales, utiles et efficaces, pour superviser en contexte clinique. Vous y découvrirez comment articuler votre double rôle de clinicien et de superviseur, de même que les erreurs fréquentes à ne pas commettre lors des supervisions.

WEEK 4
Les Methodes de Supervision du Raisonnement Clinique
Nous allons nous intéresser dans ce module aux méthodes de supervision spécifiques au raisonnement clinique: vous aurez l'occasion de découvrir quelles méthodes sont les plus appropriées, que ce soit selon le contexte ou le degré d'expérience de votre stagiaire.

WEEK 5
Le diagnostic pédagogique des difficultés de raisonnement clinique
Dans ce module, nous allons découvrir comment faire un diagnostic pédagogique des principales difficultés de raisonnement clinique rencontrées habituellement par votre stagiaire. Vous trouverez aussi quelques pistes de réflexion et des outils pour gérer les difficultés plus importantes et répétitives de vos stagiaires.

WEEK 6
La remédiation des difficultés de raisonnement clinique
Nous allons reprendre dans ce module les situations cliniques du module 5, ainsi que les difficultés qu’elles illustraient, afin de travailler sur les stratégies de remédiation et de correction ciblées que vous pourrez mettre en œuvre pour chacune de ces difficultés.

WEEK 7
De l'importance des compétences pour mieux raisonner
Dans ce module, nous allons découvrir en quoi les compétences transversales sont importantes pour mieux raisonner. Nous verrons aussi comment les intégrer dans les supervisions quotidiennes.

WEEK 8
Conclusion du MOOC et pistes pour aller plus loin
Ce module de conclusion vous permettra de faire le point sur vos objectifs d’apprentissage; vous y trouverez également une grille d'évaluation de vos supervisions qui vous permettra de vérifier, mais aussi de continuer à développer vos compétences de superviseur. Enfin, des propositions pour aller plus loin et des références vous permettront de poursuivre vos réflexions.

This course provides students with a set of tools and methodologies to plan and initiate a Problem Solving or Quality Improvement project. The fourth and last module looks at one more way to approach improvement projects in the discovery class. These tools are specifically for new, out-of-the-box design thinking.
