You’ll learn how to identify your own core personal values, and evaluate how these may affect your coaching and leadership practice.
You’ll discover how to make adjustments to your behaviour, in order to become more effective as a leader or coach.
You’ll examine why more self-aware coaches and leaders are more effective and productive.
