MOOC VITRA - Arts et techniques du verre (FUN)

Le MOOC Vitra vous propose de découvrir ou d'approfondir vos connaissances culturelles et techniques sur le matériau verre avec l'équipe pédagogique du Cerfav (Centre Européen de Recherches et de Formation aux Arts Verriers) et ses partenaires, tous spécialistes du verre de la région Grand Est.

Chaque semaine vous aborderez une technique différente et emblématique de l’art du verre, à travers son histoire artistique et technique, mais aussi à travers des témoignages de verriers installés qui parleront de leur quotidien et de leur vision du métier.
Pour chacune de ces techniques, un objet en verre sera décrypté, et vous apprendrez chacune des étapes de sa réalisation. Des notions de chimie et de physique vous seront également apportées, pour comprendre la nature du matériau verre et son comportement, en lien avec la façon dont il se travaille.
Chaque semaine des partenaires universitaires feront un point sur une recherche en cours et vous verrez comment les outils numériques viennent en support pour optimiser les process traditionnels de mise en œuvre du verre.
Enfin, un rendez-vous hebdomadaire sera donné aux participants pour échanger en ligne sur des points de cours.

Format
Ce MOOC se déroule sur 5 semaines. Après une première semaine d’appropriation des notions de bases, une technique verrière différente sera présentée chaque semaine sous différentes facettes (histoire, métiers liés, propriétés du verre, etc.).
Vous pourrez vérifier votre compréhension des thèmes présentés grâce aux exercices d’auto-évaluation qui accompagneront certaines vidéos de cours. Ces activités de compréhension ne seront pas notées.
Le forum vous permettra de poser vos questions, d’échanger et de débattre autour des thématiques abordées.
