Quels investisseurs cibler, pour financer quoi, avec quels instruments financiers ? Quels sont les principaux éléments de l’analyse financière et sociale de l’entreprise ? Comment construire une relation partenariale financeur / financé satisfaisante ? Voici les questions auxquelles ce 2ème MOOC de notre série « L’impact investing, la finance qui change le monde » cherche à apporter des réponses.

Ce 2ème MOOC est incontournable pour ceux d’entre vous qui veulent être des acteurs de l’impact investing, que ce soit en étant du côté des financeurs, du côté des entrepreneurs sociaux, ou bien encore de ceux, incubateurs par exemple, qui sont en position d’intermédiaires entre ces deux piliers de l’impact investing.
Dans le 1er module, nous nous nous placerons du côté des investisseurs : qui sont-ils, quelles sont leurs attentes vis-à-vis des entrepreneurs qui les sollicitent ? Puis dans le module 2 nous passerons du côté des entrepreneurs sociaux : comment préparer une levée de fonds ? Quelles questions faut-il se poser ? Dans le module 3, nous nous pencherons sur les 4 principaux documents financiers et les indicateurs d’impact social dont doit disposer l’entrepreneur social. Enfin, nous évoquerons dans le module 4 la relation partenariale financeur / financé.
A la fin de ce MOOC, vous pourrez :
• Si vous êtes financeur, développer des fonds d’impact investing
• Si vous êtes entrepreneur social, lever des fonds dans l’impact investing
• Si vous êtes consultant, accompagner les levées de fonds des entrepreneurs sociaux
• Quelle que soit votre fonction dans l’écosystème, contribuer à mettre en place de réels partenariats entre financeurs et financés

Week 1
Le fonctionnement d'un fonds d'impact investing
Qu'est-ce qu'un fonds d'investissement ? Quelles spécificités pour un fonds d'impact investing ? Qui y investit ? Qu'est-ce qu'une thèse d'investissement ? Mettons-nous dans la peau d’un investisseur à impact social...Quels sont les grands enjeux stratégiques auxquels il doit répondre et les facteurs clés de succès de sa démarche ? Quels niveaux de risque et de rentabilité pour ses investissements ? Quels enjeux de liquidité et de sortie ? Quelles sont les grandes étapes de son action ?

Week 2
La levée de fonds dans l'impact investing
Si on se place là dans la peau d’un entrepreneur social qui lève des fonds, quels sont les enjeux, étapes et bonnes pratiques à connaître pour préparer au mieux sa recherche de financement, choisir les bons partenaires financiers dans le monde de l’impact investing et les outils de financement les plus adaptés ?Comment s’organiser au mieux en amont, savoir convaincre et disposer des meilleurs documents ?

Week 3
L'analyse financière et sociale des entreprises sociales
Compte de résultat, bilan, tableau de trésorerie, plan de financement : que trouve-t-on dans ces documents clés de l'analyse financière d'une entreprise ? Quelles sont les spécificités de l’analyse financières des entreprises sociales ? Quelle place tient l'analyse de l'impact social généré ? Qu'est-ce qu'un bon indicateur de résultat ?

Week 4
L'animation de la relation partenariale financeur / financé
Comment réussir à créer dans la durée un partenariat gagnant entre investisseurs à impact social et entrepreneurs sociaux ?
