L'avenir de la décision : connaître et agir en complexité (Coursera)

Ce MOOC a l’intention d’affronter et traiter des problèmes que rencontrent chaque personne, chaque groupe, chaque entreprise, chaque société, de façon de plus en plus aiguë et pressante ; dans notre temps d’évolution accélérée, de transformations ininterrompues, de mondialisation incontrôlée, d’incertitudes.

Syllabus

WEEK 1
Introduction
Qu'est-ce que la complexité ?
Ce premier chapitre vous invite à réfléchir sur ce que la complexité n’est pas et sur ce qu’elle est. Vous découvrirez, avec Edgar Morin, les grands principes de la connaissance complexes, qui vous permettront de naviguer dans votre vie, dans votre carrière, dans la société.
A l’aide de l’intervention de Laurent Bibard et de l’interview de François L’Yvonnet, repensez le rôle du manager, la place de la complexité dans le management.

WEEK 2
Incertitudes
Dans ce deuxième chapitre, Edgar Morin vous propose d’analyser l’incertitude dans ses différentes formes : de l’incertitude de la vie à celle de l’histoire, en passant par celle du cerveau humain… de l’ impredictibilité des effets d’une action aux contradictions entre réalisme et utopie… afin de mieux vous aider à appréhender le futur.
Pour s’armer à la fois contre et avec l’incertitude, François Longin, confrontera à celle-ci les modèles de gestion des risques financiers, Laurent Alfandari vous aidera à faire la distinction entre scénarios décisionnels complexes et décisions incertaines. Pour compléter cette mise en contexte, découvrez de quelle manière Frédéric Eucat, pilote de ligne, compose avec le risque et l’incertitude au quotidien.

WEEK 3
La connaissance
Ce troisième chapitre sera l’opportunité de vous interroger sur votre rapport à la connaissance, de vous sensibiliser aux problèmes de l’erreur, dans le domaine scientifique notamment, de l’illusion. Vous découvrirez le rôle que joue votre relation aux idées. Guillaume Chevillon transposera ensuite ces questions aux domaines mathématique, statistique et macro-économique tandis qu’Emmanuelle Le Nagard-Assayag vous expliquera pourquoi le marketing doit composer avec les perceptions et la cognition de chacun. Dans son interview Hangout, Caroline Nowacki, alumni ESSEC, reviendra sur sa propre expérience d’exploration et d’acquisition de connaissances.

WEEK 4
Complexité humaine
Dans ce quatrième Opus, Edgar Morin s’efforcera de répondre à la question : “qu’est-ce qu’être humain ?”, en analysant les différentes facettes de l’homme, les imbrications entre l’individu et la société, les problèmatiques du sexe et du genre, de la nature et de la culture. Et vous contera finalement le grand récit de l’Histoire humaine. Jean-Michel Blanquer s’emparera à son tour de la question et nous proposera de la traiter sous l’angle de l’acte éducatif. Puis, Nicolas Glady vous offrira sa conception de l’être humain à l’aune d’internet et vous expliquera pourquoi une bonne approche du Big Data, est une approche complexe. Dans le cadre des interviews, la parole sera donnée à Agnes Kerecki qui abordera la question de la diversité humaine.

WEEK 5
Mondialisation et futur planétaire
Où va le monde ? Quel est l’impact de la mondialisation sur nos vies ? Edgar Morin vous aidera non pas à définir votre futur mais à en avoir une meilleure compréhension, les bons ingrédients pour bien le construire. Michel Baroni apportera une réponse nuancée aux questions de sens soulevées par les activités financières et par le comportement de leurs acteurs. Anne-Claire Pache quant à elle, reviendra sur les évolutions sociales et économiques qui font évoluer les grands équilibres et détaillera les conséquences de la complexité institutionnelle sur les schemas organisationnels traditionnels. Dans son interview, Eléonore Iriart, qui dirige l’association “pour un sourire d’enfant” nous parlera de son quotidien “mondialisé”.

WEEK 6
L'entreprise
Pour finir ce mooc, Edgar Morin vous propose d’étudier ce qui rend l’entreprise complexe aujourd’hui et les pistes qui permettent de mieux la piloter. Philippe Lorino reviendra sur les fondamentaux de la gestion d’une organisation et développera le concept d’enquête dialogique.
Hamid Bouchikhi apportera sa touche finale en vous expliquant pourquoi il faut diriger avec la complexité. L’interview Hangout mettra Thierry Taboy, vice president Corporate and social responsability d’Orange à l’honneur. Le moment est aussi venu de procéder à votre évaluation finale. Nous vous demandons de rédiger une synthèse d’une page environ (1800 caractères sans les espaces) et de nous la transmettre.
