Ao longo do curso serão desenvolvidos conceitos como: legitimidade, materialidade e valor para stakeholder. Serão apresentados modelos de mapeamento, análise, saliência e engajamento de stakeholders. Completam o conteúdo do curso conceitos de responsabilidade, ética e sustentabilidade empresarial.

Ao final deste curso, você será capaz de:

  • Compreender os principais conceitos de ética e sustentabilidade empresarial e de responsabilidade social corporativa;

WEEK 1
Fundamentos de Stakeholders
Este módulo apresenta os conceitos fundamentais da teoria dos stakeholders, como a função objetivo da empresa, definições de stakeholders, justiça organizacional, legitimidade, materialidade, reciprocidade e valor para stakeholders.

WEEK 2
Gestão de Stakeholders
Este módulo busca apresentar os principais conceitos e ferramentas para a gestão de stakeholders. São apresentados os modelos de análise de stakeholders, mapeamento de stakeholders, saliência, engajamento e matriz de materialidade.

WEEK 3
Stakeholders e Estratégia
Este módulo apresenta os conceitos mais recentes relacionados à estratégia para stakeholders. São discutidos os processos de criação e co-criação de valor com stakeholders a vantagem competitiva decorrente da reciprocidade com stakeholders e apresentados estudos que relacionam desempenho empresarial com tratamento a stakeholders.

WEEK 4
Responsabilidade, Ética e Sustentabilidade Empresarial
Este módulo explora os princípios de responsabilidade, ética e sustentabilidade empresarial. São abordados os conceitos de sustentabilidade social, ambiental e econômica; de responsabilidade social corporativa e desempenho social corporativo; ética empresarial e seus instrumentos.
