En este curso, se analiza el flujo de caja de tu empresa y el impacto que este puede tener en su éxito. Los ejercicios te guiarán para que comprendas e interpretes una Estimación de Flujo de Caja, que consiste, esencialmente, en predecir y mejorar tus futuras necesidades de flujo de caja. El objetivo de este curso es que puedas predecir los retos financieros, de modo que tomes decisiones estratégicas para tu empresa.
