Welcome to another Beginner's Watercolor Portrait Class! I am going to be teaching you how to paint emotions in this series. This is the first one and there will be another class to come. In this class, I am going to be demonstrating how to paint sadness. Through a new technique that I will be introducing for this class, I will be showing you step-by-step how to paint a face of someone who looks as if they have been crying or are about to cry.

What You'll Need :

  1. Watercolor Set
  2. Watercolor brushes running from small to medium and even large (for the hair)
  3. Pencil and eraser
  4. Watercolor paper, recommended weight for beginners is 140lb / 300g
