With rising need for digital tools and processes, new technologies, new business models, and new ways of working, we have to develop new skills to be able to thrive in a post-pandemic reality. While upskilling on the latest technology trends is key for selected roles, every individual, regardless of their function and background, should be enabled on a set of emerging skills that have made their way to the top of the most in-demand skills. Skills such as problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity, and innovation are going to be in increasing demand in the future, and a strategic priority for individuals and organizations alike.

In this course, you’ll be introduced to the proven design thinking methodology and can immerse yourself in activities that will help you practice in-demand skills based on real-life opportunities to strengthen your capacity for innovation, problem solving, and creativity . The first section of the course will focus on the problem space, helping participants to unpack, discover, and frame a problem, leveraging powerful techniques such as Persona, Customer Journey Map, and How Might We. In section two, we’ll focus on the solution space, learning proven ideation along with prototyping and testing techniques in order to craft a user-centric solution and bring it to life.
