El curso Constructores Paz surgió como resultado de la preocupación de algunos profesores de la Universidad de los Andes por hacer un aporte al proceso de construcción de paz en nuestro país y en el mundo, a partir de prácticas personales y cotidianas. En este curso tendrás la oportunidad de reflexionar permanentemente acerca de ti mismo, de tus actitudes y de tus comportamientos, y de cómo tu manera de abordar diferentes situaciones de la vida diaria te llevan a construir paz.

Te invitaremos a reflexionar acerca de cómo el autoconocimiento te puede ayudar a encontrar paz interior, cómo te puede ayudar a manejar tus conflictos interpersonales de maneras más pacíficas y cómo te puede ayudar a encontrar el perdón en situaciones en donde has sido ofendido por otros.
Este curso incluye videos de introducción a los temas y de discusión de casos, así como actividades de aprendizaje autorreflexivo que te invitarán a llevar un registro escrito, personal, de las ideas, pensamientos, sentimientos y transformaciones personales que vas construyendo. La evaluación está diseñada para que tú mismo registres de manera honesta y responsable los logros alcanzados en cada paso del camino.

What You Will Learn

  • Reflexionar en torno a la manera como cada uno puede construir paz desde su vida personal.
  • Reconocer la manera como afrontamos nuestros conflictos con otras personas.
  • Desarrollar estrategias para manejarlos de tal manera que cuidemos nuestros intereses y, al mismo tiempo, cuidemos nuestras relaciones con los demás.
  • Reflexionar en torno a las oportunidades que los individuos tienen para encontrar el perdón desde su vida cotidiana.

Syllabus

WEEK 1
Introducción al curso
Queremos darte la bienvenida a este espacio de encuentro contigo mismo y agradecerte por regalarte este tiempo para tu propio crecimiento personal. Te invitamos a vivir una experiencia de aprendizaje que te permita crecer como ser humano, recorriendo un pequeño pero profundo camino en la búsqueda de tu paz interior. Estamos convencidos de que, el descubrimiento de tu paz interior, puede facilitar de manera significativa la construcción de la paz social.
Módulo 1: Autoconocimiento y paz (Parte 1)
Para este primer módulo, queremos invitarte a recorrer un camino de autodescubrimiento personal, en el cual podrás darle sentido a lo que para ti significa la paz y cómo la puedes construir desde tu vida personal. Te vamos a proponer una serie de actividades que puedes desarrollar a tu propio ritmo, en el momento que sea más conveniente y desde cualquier dispositivo (computador, teléfono móvil, tableta, etc.). ¡Bienvenida/o!

Solo debes seguir las actividades que encuentras más abajo, en el orden que te las proponemos.
