Cadre juridique et pratique des partenariats public-privé. Les partenariats public-privé ont connu un fort essor depuis 15 ans. Grands stades, voirie, éclairage public, hopitaux, gendarmeries...ils se sont développés dans de nombreux secteurs de l'action publique.

Dans le même temps ils ont fait l'objet de nombreuses critiques, compte tenu de leur complexité et également de leur coût.
L'ordonnace du 23 juillet 2015 est venue répondre à ces critiques et unifier leur cadre juridique
L'ordonnance durcit également les conditions pour y recourir.
Une table de concordance des articles cités avec ceux du code de la commande publique est fourni.

Format
Ce MOOC comporte 4 séances.
Chaque séance est constituée de plusieurs vidéos, d'exercices d'autoévaluation, de quiz et de supports détaillés.
