WEEK 1
Reestruturando a Empresa
A corporação representa um pilar do capitalismo moderno. Com o surgimento de uma plataforma global ponto a ponto para identidade, confiança, reputação e transações, poderemos reprojetar estruturas profundas da empresa para inovação e criação de valor compartilhado. Neste módulo, exploramos o papel da blockchain na descentralização da empresa e suas implicações nos papéis e limites da empresa.

WEEK 2
Novos modelos de negócios
Existem inúmeras oportunidades para a blockchain revolucionar ou substituir os modelos de negócios centralizados tradicionais. Nesse módulo, exploramos como a tecnologia blockchain pode suportar modelos de negócios de "empresa em rede aberta" através da inclusão de sistemas de pagamento nativos, sistemas de reputação, conteúdo sem censura, transações sem confiança, smart contracts e agentes autônomos.

WEEK 3
Blockchain e os Diretores Empresariais
Como a blockchain muda as estruturas e a arquitetura profundas da empresa, consequentemente, transformará nossos modelos de gerenciamento e os papéis da Diretoria. Navegar no equilíbrio entre o hype da blockchain e seu verdadeiro potencial é uma responsabilidade essencial da equipe de gerenciamento de uma organização. Neste módulo, você aprenderá sobre algumas das decisões e mudanças que os líderes empresariais podem antecipar ao considerar como o futuro da blockchain se desenrolará em seus negócios.

WEEK 4
Liderança para a próxima era
A blockchain por si só é apenas uma ferramenta. Para que essa tecnologia cumpra sua promessa de longo prazo, os humanos devem liderar. Em vez de depender de instituições estatais, a blockchain deve ser autogovernada principalmente por meio de colaborações da sociedade civil, setor privado, governo e partes interessadas em redes não estatais. Nesse módulo, discutimos a ideia de redes de governança de blockchain e explicamos como elas podem apoiar a administração de blockchain em três níveis: o nível da plataforma, o nível do aplicativo e o nível do ecossistema. Além disso, você aprenderá sobre as condições necessárias para que um hub de inovação baseado em blockchain seja bem-sucedido.

WEEK 5
Projeto para um novo contrato social
À medida que a revolução digital se desenrola, ela provoca profundas mudanças na economia global, nos mercados de trabalho, nas antigas instituições e na sociedade como um todo. Para perceber o potencial da revolução blockchain, precisamos que os líderes de negócios se apresentem como participantes responsáveis e ativos em um novo contrato social, tanto para seus próprios interesses de longo prazo, quanto para uma sociedade e uma economia saudáveis. Neste módulo, você explorará as possíveis direções para um novo contrato social, ou seja, os acordos, leis e comportamentos aos quais as pessoas, as empresas, a sociedade civil e seus governos aderem. O objetivo deste módulo não é fornecer uma estratégia definitiva para instituir e aplicar um novo contrato social, mas catalisar a investigação, o debate e a ação.
