WEEK 1
Cómo aprendemos
El proceso de aprender incluye una variedad de elementos que interactúan para definir la cantidad, calidad y accesibilidad de lo aprendido. En este módulo conocerás los tipos y características del aprendizaje, así como el procesamiento que tienen los recuerdos duraderos, y la influencia de la inteligencia, la atención, la motivación y la emoción. Manejarás estrategias para mejorar tus procesos de atención y para promover la motivación intrínseca necesaria para comprometerte con la tarea.

WEEK 2
Cómo procesamos los materiales escritos de aprendizaje
Mucho de lo que aprendemos nos llega a través de la lectura. En este módulo identificarás tu nivel de velocidad y comprensión lectoras, y podrás desarrollar habilidades para leer más rápido y para lograr mayor comprensión.

WEEK 3
Cómo pensamos cuando pensamos
La capacidad de aprender rápido y de forma profunda tiene mucho que ver con el control que ejercemos sobre los procesos de pensamiento. En este módulo comprenderás qué significa pensar sobre el pensamiento y desarrollarás habilidades para diagnosticar tus fortalezas y áreas de oportunidad al pensar, así como para administrar eficientemente tus recursos de pensamiento.

WEEK 4
Cómo aprendemos de acuerdo a los materiales y contextos
El contexto en el que aprendemos marca restricciones y necesidades específicas. En este módulo aprenderás algunos trucos y ajustes que te permitirán enfrentar más exitosamente los procesos de aprender así como los de evaluación.
