Before we expand on the topic, let’s go through airSlate's main terms:
Flow is a business process that includes documents and forms and may be connected to integration or automation Bots.
Slate is an executed copy of a Flow that has been run. Slates (like Flows) are collections of forms and documents that can be filled, edited, commented on, or shared with anyone.
Bots are software robots that perform actions based on pre-set if-this-then-that conditions and act when a Slate is opened or after it has been edited.
